Liberty's Exiles: USA

 

On November 2nd of 2023 (Election Day in the United States), Liberty's Exiles released our newest album, and our newest concept album, USA. This album is very politically driven, and asks the question, "What if?". What if Trump had won the elections, and got a second term in office. This is very much in the same vein as our "Reich" albums, which asked "What if Hitler had survived?", except this time we were on the other side of the pond.

Liberty's Exiles: Halloween

Hello everybody, and Happy Halloween from Liberty's Exiles. Back on Halloween in 2016, Simon and I started a new tradition, and a new album. We decided that we would release a new song every Halloween, and compile them into one album. We've written some very cool stuff for this album since then, and every year seems a bit more fun for us.

When it came time for the album cover, a good friend of mine, Melissa Leners, created this artwork. I've always loved the work she did for us here, and still very much appreciate what she did for us!

For the album this year, I was telling Simon a story about how my childhood home was haunted. A man killed his wife and kid there, and then himself. The vibe of the house was always a bit creepy, but it was even worse one night, when I swear I heard my dad's stereo speaker warn me to get out of the house. To this day I still can't convince myself that it was only a dream. Simon took this story, and turned it into this years track, "You Never Should Come Back". It's out now. Liberty's Exiles - Halloween

An Introduction To Liberty's Exiles

Hello all, my name is Rob, and I am one half of the rock duo Liberty's Exiles. When I started this band with Simon Talbot (the other half of the duo), way back in the middle of 2013, I had no idea that we would still be going ten years later. With our 23rd album together, coming out on November 7th of 2023, I thought I would start this blog to keep you all up to date on what we are up to.

Along the way I'll post information about our past projects, our current projects, and new music that's just up on the horizon. So stay tuned to this space for a lot more news, and everything that's Liberty's Exiles, and our second band together, MistEir. You won't want to miss a thing!
